A few things to know first.

Custom memorial pieces can feel delicate to order. These are the questions we want answered before you begin.

When will I receive my digital proof?

Your digital proof is usually emailed within 2–4 business days. You can review the photograph, wording, and layout before production begins.

Can I request changes before production?

Yes. You may request changes to the photograph crop, wording, or layout. We will not begin handmade production until you approve the design.

What if my pet photograph is low resolution?

Upload the clearest original photograph you have. We will review it before production and contact you if the image may not print clearly. Nothing will be made using an unsuitable photograph without checking with you first.

How long does the handmade process take?

Production usually takes 7–14 business days after you approve the digital proof. Each flower is shaped and arranged by hand, so production does not begin until the design is confirmed.

Can I send this directly as a gift?

Yes. You may enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Because the keepsake is personalized, please review the recipient’s name, address, pet details, and card message carefully before approving the proof.

What happens if the frame arrives damaged?

Please contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the damage and help arrange the appropriate resolution.

Can this be made for pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes. YP Pets keepsakes can be created for any beloved companion, provided you have a photograph suitable for the frame.

What is the return or cancellation policy for personalized orders?

Because every frame is personalized and handmade for one pet, returns and cancellations are handled according to our personalized-order policy. Please review the policy before ordering or contact us if you have questions before production begins.
