Choose your flower and frame color, upload one pet photo, and add your pet’s name. A message and dates are optional.

Review your digital proof
I’ll email your proof within 2–4 business days after receiving your order, usable photo, and personalization details. Review the crop, card text, and layout, and request changes before approving.

Made by hand, then shipped
After your approval, I make and assemble your keepsake, check the finished piece, and email you a photo before shipping.

Estimated U.S. delivery: 3–5 weeks from order, including proofing, production, and shipping. Revisions or delayed approval may extend the timeline.
Your pre-shipping photo is a final update, not a second design approval.

Ordering a personalized keepsake can feel like a big decision. Here are the answers to the questions you may have before you begin.
Will I see a proof before my keepsake is made?
Yes. We’ll email your digital proof within 2–4 business days after receiving your order, usable photos, and personalization details. You can review the photo and crop, name, optional dates, wording, and layout, and request reasonable adjustments before approving. Production begins only after your approval. Once your keepsake is complete, we’ll also email a photograph of the finished frame before shipping. This is a courtesy update, not a second design approval stage.
How long will my keepsake take to arrive?
Yes. We’ll email your digital proof within 2–4 business days after receiving your order, usable photos, and personalization details. You can review your pet’s photo and crop, name, optional dates, wording, and overall layout, and request reasonable adjustments before approving. Handmade production begins only after you approve the design.
How does the proof and approval process work?

What if my pet photograph is low resolution?
Upload the best version you have. I’ll review it before production and contact you if another photograph would create a better result. Nothing is handmade until the photograph and proof are approved.
How long does the handmade process take?
Production usually takes 7–14 business days after you approve the digital proof. Each flower is shaped and arranged by hand, so production does not begin until the design is confirmed.
Can I send this directly as a gift?
Yes. You may enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Because the keepsake is personalized, please review the recipient’s name, address, pet details, and card message carefully before approving the proof.
What happens if the frame arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the damage and help arrange the appropriate resolution.
Can this be made for pets other than cats and dogs?
Yes. YP Pets keepsakes can be created for any beloved companion, provided you have a photograph suitable for the frame.
What is the return or cancellation policy for personalized orders?
Because every frame is personalized and handmade for one pet, returns and cancellations are handled according to our personalized-order policy. Please review the policy before ordering or contact us if you have questions before production begins.
